Pam Verrill
Vice President, Operations

Pam brings over thirty years of experience in operations and finance in rapidly evolving technology companies to Borislow Insurance. She specializes in operations management, customer focused process improvement, technology implementation and financial planning and analysis in support of company growth and improved business practices.

Pam is responsible for translating the Borislow  Insurance Agency’s operational strategy into action, overseeing the day-to-day activities of the company, and directing Client Services, Operations, Finance, Administration and Human Resources.

For the last ten years Pam has held a number of Finance and Operations positions in internet start up companies, most recently as CFO of Directory, an online local advertising network specializing in helping businesses find local customers through targeted online advertising. Prior to tackling the start-up world, Pam spent 17 years at Digital Equipment Corporation in a succession of finance and operations positions.

Amy Bilodeau
Manager, Operations & Administration

As a detail focused person, Amy has planning, scheduling and organizational expertise in multiple ongoing projects while effectively working with staff and contractors. She focuses on the Human Resource, finance & technology needs at Borislow Insurance.

Amy joined Borislow Insurance in 2004, bringing a background of Project Management consisting of research and design management, integration engineering, system administration, and collegiate teaching experience.

Amy’s educational background consists of a MBA in Computer Information Systems, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems. She is currently an adjunct professor at several universities teaching Information Technology courses. Amy@borislow.com


 

 

 

Cil Wood
Assistant, Operations & Administration

Cil has been with Borislow Insurance for seven years, following a 23-year career at Lucent Technologies.

Cil is responsible for overseeing and organizing all commissions and commission’s issues. By interacting with our many vendors commissions departments, and being careful of detail, Cil ensures all issues are resolved in a timely manner.

Being proficient in the MS Suite of products, Cil handles a variety of administrative duties and assists with a number of special projects.

In addition Cil assists in the flow of day-to-day operations ensuring telephone coverage, projects, and response to our clients in done timely, efficiently, and seamlessly. Cil@borislow.com


 

 

 

Colleen Nagri
Marketing & Communications

"I am proud to be part of such a professional organization here at Borislow Insurance."

Colleen is responsible for assisting Jennifer Borislow and Mark Gaunya with day to day project management and planning. She also oversees and coordinates all of the special events, seminars & travel arrangements for the agency.

In additional to handling Borislow Insurance’s Marketing & Communications, she supports and assists Jennifer with her volunteer community activities, i.e., First Church, Festival of Trees, Methuen in Bloom and YMCA to name a few.

Colleen has been with Borislow Insurance for six years, prior to joining Borislow Insurance she was a sole proprietor of an Embroidery and Silk Screening business for seven years. Shaina Bendzewicz
Executive Assistant

Shaina is responsible for assisting Mark Gaunya with day to day project management, organization and planning. She will also be working with the special events, seminars & travel arrangements for the agency. Prior to joining Borislow Insurance she worked as an executive assistant at a real estate investment firm in Boston for 3 1/2 years, and has a great deal of experience with special projects and thinking outside the box for creating new and more efficient ways of doing things. Shaina’s educational background consists of a Bachelors degree in Journalism from Keene State College. Shaina@borislow.com
